How did you personally feel before you started working with me?

I felt down, depressed and not myself. Everyone saw a bubbly, outgoing, happy person who had two beautiful girls, but inside that wasn't the case. I was very emotional, always gave up when things got hard and felt trapped in a body that I didn't like. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed in my own skin. 

How did you feel when you bit the bullet and signed up to our transformation program?

Scared and unsure! For many years I had tried many different diets and programs where I lost weight, felt good for a month then before I knew it I had packed on the kgs again. When I first met Mel and signed up for the program I instantly knew that I just had to have faith that she knew what she was doing and this was not a program about changing body shape, it was a whole transformation, one that would identify and break habits, educate me on nutrition and fitness and guide me through the process. 

What are the top 3 things you have learnt?

That you can boost your metabolism by learning the skills and science behind the right food at the right time in conjunction with an exercise program

That you don't need to spend hours in the gym to see results and change your body

That I am worth it!

What are the top 3 things you have achieved?

Down to a size 10 from a 14
5km fun run
Can do 20+ push ups on my toes 

How do you feel now?

I feel amazing! I am a happy, bubbly person again inside and out. I have energy to be able to keep up with the kids. I am finally learning to love myself and the body I am in. I have found a love and passion for exercise and can't live without it! 

What bit of advice can you give to inspire someone else?

Have faith, anything is possible and to believe in yourself!
