We are always choosing.

Not doing something is a choice.

Not having the willpower is a choice.

Being miserable is a choice.

Sh%t is always going to happen in life but we always have a choice in how we react & respond to the event.

Nobody is better, more disciplined or more motivated than you, they simply chose one behaviour over another more consistently.
