Rissoles the whole family will love

Mel Oliech

1kg lean beef mince.

3 heaped tablespoons of LSA (Ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds- you can find this in most main grocery stores. I bought mine from Costco).

1 large onion diced (you can also use dried onion flakes).

3 carrots grated.

1/2 bunch celery diced.

2 whole eggs beaten

2 heaped tablespoons of Vegeta Chicken powdered stock- this stock powder is amazing to flavour your food (or your seasoning of choice).

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and knead them together well.

Shape the mixture into suitable sized rissole portions.

Ensure you have a large fry pan heated and ready to go.

Spray your pan with coconut or canola oil and pan fry them on medium heat.

Turn rissoles once when golden brown.

Serve with your favourite vegetables and avocado, take them to a family BBQ or enjoy them in a wrap with spinach, tomato and your choice of salad.

We don't teach dieting, counting calories, judging your progress by scales, cutting calories to look lean and completing rigorous fitness schedules.

This will lead you to developing a metabolic profile that makes body composition improvement very difficult.

It's a recipe for disaster. Exercising a nutrient-deficient body only leads to greater deficiencies. Failing to match nutrition to your exercise is the reason many people plateau, lose motivation or simply can't sustain their program.
