What is ICE training?
Endless hours on the treadmill to shed FAT are over!
Most attempts at cardio wipe out any chance of body shape improvements. You probably know lots of people that spend hours in the gym or on the treadmill and their body never seems to change!
ICE is Intense Cardio Exercise — A science-based approach that maximises fitness and burns fat! In fact, research behind ICE principles shows you can burn up to 3 times more fat during caridio exercise.
In short, it’s the best exercise for weight loss because it not only changes your body shape, but it lights a fire in your metabolism, which means your body is more efficient at burning fat.
Who is it for?
Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to start or shed fat, or an athlete looking to get fitter, faster and stronger, our team-based program is for you.
This is not your normal boot camp. We’re a community. If you are looking for something different that you can do on your own, but be pushed to be your best in a group, make friends and socialise, then this is for you.
How does it work?
Each ICE session is different to the last, which means each workout optimizes fat-burning.

How can I start ICE training?
Like our FIRE training, ICE training with the Imani Tribe is only possible when you join our Confidence Avalanche Transformation Program.
In 2019, we run 3 x ICE sessions a week.
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings
We advise you how many sessions to do, based on your goals.
