How did you personally feel before you started working with us?
I was stuck in a rut and didn't think I had much to live for. I'd be doing the same thing over and over again every day without any purpose. My self confidence was practically zero and I always felt socially awkward.
I would hate going out with people and always find an excuse to stay home.
How did you feel when you bit the bullet and signed up to our transformation program?
Scared, nervous, excited, determined to make the change and give it everything.
What are the top 3 things you have learnt?
There is so much more to life and go out and do what makes you happy.
To know when emotions are getting the better of me and to let it go.

Don't think just do. The more you do the easier it gets.
