Rachael was in good shape already, but she wanted to be in better shape, and she wanted to do it a healthy way. No excessive exercise and no dieting and this is what happened. It isn't easy for skinny people to lose body fat, but Rachael definitely showed us it can be done!

My 12 week journey began when I wanted to make a lasting change in my lifestyle but was unsure how to go about it. I thought all I needed to know about was nutrition. While that was true, I also found out along the way that I had been over exercising for years doing unnecessary cardio when all I needed was some intense cardio and resistance training!

Mel has been a wonderful nutrition mentor, pointing me in the right direction and guiding me through the process which seems very overwhelming at first. I adapted to the program quickly and had the support of my fitness trainer Paul and Mel to keep me motivated throughout.
I achieved results which I have been wishing to see for years in just a short 12 weeks. At the beginning I thought that 12 weeks was such a long time but it flew by as I became more confident and motivated!
